Spam Policy

ICA will not permit spam in either direction; to or from the network.

We define "spam" as all data traffic forwarded to any recipient against his/her will.

We believe that spam is simply theft of bandwidth and other IT resources which should be avoided even at the cost of limiting communication rights.

We strongly support and stand behind the definitions and protective actions defined and suggested at the internationally recognized anti-spam site spam.abuse.net.

For those who do not have time to read the above referred site, the summary is: we shall block traffic from sites that send us spam.
